Artificial dental root materials are of great interest to medical researchers. In this study, two aluminum coating methods are investigated, atmospheric plasma and flame spraying, along with the affinity, stability, and connectivity of aluminum-based toxins. Acute toxic tests performed in vivo and in vitro show that aluminum sprayed coatings are a viable dental root material.
