The AM&P Technical Articles site provides access to Advanced Materials & Processes feature articles and ASM News items from current issues back to 2012. 

The ASM website has complete digital replicas of AM&P issues from the current issue back to July/August 2017.

Electronic Device Failure Analysis

Electronic Device Failure Analysis (EDFA) magazine is official publication of the Electronic Device Failure Analysis Society, an affiliate Society of ASM International. Each quarterly issue includes technical articles, news, and features covering all key aspects of microelectronics FA.

The EDFA Technical Articles site provides access to Electronic Device Failure Analysis feature articles and columns. The coverage is complete back to Volume 1, Issue 1 (1998).

The ASM and Electronic Device Failure Analysis Society websites have complete digital replicas of EDFA issues from the current issue back to May 2017.
