Publication History

Metallography and Microstructures was published in 2004 as Volume 9 of the ASM Handbook. The Volume was prepared under the direction of the ASM Handbook Committee. In 2011, the ASM Handbook Committee approved the online addition of the Section “Optical Microscopy of Fiber-Reinforced Composites.” The articles in this Section were adapted from Brian S. Hayes and Luther M. Gammon, Optical Microscopy of Fiber-Reinforced Composites, ASM International, 2010.
