Progress Report: Materials Genome Initiative Available to Purchase

This article briefly reports on the outcomes of a workshop convened by ASM International in December 2014 to identify best practices for implementation of a materials data infrastructure. The meeting brought together representatives from more than a dozen professional societies determine needs, identify barriers, and define methods to overcome them.
