ACO Eurobar EN-GJS-400-18C-LT is a ferritic spheroidal graphite cast iron that is produced by the continuous casting process. It has a minimum tensile strength of 400 MPa (58 ksi) and a minimum elongation of 18%. It has a tensile strength exceeding that of the highest-tensile-strength grade of gray cast iron, together with much higher elongation and impact resistance. It is specifically designed to provide good impact properties at low temperature. This datasheet provides information on physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness and fatigue. It also includes information on low temperature performance as well as casting, heat treating, and machining. Filing Code: CI-109. Producer or source: ACO Eurobar GmbH.

Aubert and Duval PER72 (NiCr18Co15TiMoAI alloy) is a precipitation hardening, nickel-base superalloy. The alloy is solid solution strengthened by additions of chromium, cobalt, molybdenum, and tungsten, while additions of titanium and aluminum provide precipitation strengthening. Aubert & Duval PER72 combines high strength with metallurgical stability as demonstrated by excellent impact strength retention after long exposures at elevated temperatures. It also exhibits good oxidation resistance, as well as excellent resistance to sulfide corrosion. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on low temperature performance, high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as forming and heat treating. Filing Code: Ni-787. Producer or source: Aubert & Duval S.A. (a member of the Eramet Group).

ISO 185/JL/350 is a higher-tensile-strength gray cast iron that has a pearlitic matrix, and a tensile strength of 350–450 MPa (51–65 ksi), when determined on test pieces machined from separately cast, 30 mm (1.2 in.) diameter test bars. It provides a combination of high strength while still maintaining good thermal conductivity compared with other types of cast iron. This grade approaches the maximum tensile strength attainable in gray cast iron. Applications therefore tend to be confined to those where thermal conductivity requirements in service preclude the use of one of the other higher-strength materials such as spheroidal graphite cast irons, which have inferior thermal properties. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and tensile properties. It also includes information on wear resistance as well as casting and heat treating. Cleveland-Cliffs 18 SR is a ferritic stainless steel that is especially valuable for applications requiring high-temperature scaling resistance. Its properties, under cyclic conditions, are superior to those of types 409, 430, 304, 309, and 310 stainless steels. In addition, it is more economical than many of the stainless steels that are intended for high temperature applications. Unlike many of the straight chromium alloys, Cleveland-Cliffs 18 SR is readily welded by conventional methods. It is not subject to troublesome embrittlement or loss of corrosion resistance in the heat-affected zone. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on low temperature performance, high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as forming and joining. Filing Code: SS-1367. Atlas 316 is a chromium-nickel-molybdenum austenitic stainless steel, second only to Atlas 304 in commercial importance. The molybdenum gives Atlas 316 better overall corrosion resistant properties than type 304 austenitic stainless steel, particularly higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. It is readily brake or roll formed, welded, soldered, and cut by both thermal and mechanical methods. The austenitic structure gives excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic temperatures. Atlas 316L, the low carbon version of Atlas 316, is highly resistant to sensitization (grain boundary carbide precipitation) and so is extensively used in heavy gauge welded components; about 5 mm, 0.2 in., and over. Atlas 316H, with its higher carbon content, has some application at elevated temperatures, as does stabilized type 316Ti. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-1365. Producer or source: Atlas Steels.

Austral Wright 5% Phosphor Bronze (UNS C51800) is a wrought copper-tin-phosphorus alloy. It is the most widely used grade of wrought phosphor bronze. It is harder, stronger and stiffer than the wrought brasses and, in strip and wire form, is produced with a combination of excellent cold formability, high strength and good corrosion resistance, which makes it ideal for use as springs. It also has a low coefficient of friction against steel. This makes it a popular choice for wear resistant guide strips and similar bearing applications involving boundary lubrication conditions. The alloy has adequate electrical and thermal properties, which helps it find applications in current-carrying and heat transfer applications. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as heat treating.
