Finkl DCF is a prehardened, single-melt modified H13. The alloy is resulfurized for ease of machining in the hardened condition. This eliminates the necessity of costly and time-consuming vacuum heat treating that normally has to be scheduled after machining. The thermal fatigue resistance is less than that of double-melted DC-Xtra, but DCF is ready for service as machined. It is supplied prehardened at a hardness of approximately 45 HRC. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and tensile properties. It also includes information on high temperature performance as well as forming and heat treating. Filing Code: TS-621. Producer or source: A. Finkl & Sons Company.

Cleveland-Cliffs Thermak 17 is a ferritic stainless steel that is stabilized with both titanium and niobium. When given a high-temperature, final solution anneal, the alloy exhibits dramatic creep resistance. The dual stabilization prevents carbide sensitization exposure and makes the alloy thermally non-hardenable. Cleveland-Cliffs Thermak 17 is designed for demanding, hot-end automotive exhaust applications where intermediate or high chromium grades may not be sufficient or where down gauging for lightweighting is desired. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming and joining. Filing Code: SS-1345. Producer or source: Cleveland-Cliffs Inc.

Deloro Stellite 25 is a cobalt-chromium-tungsten-nickel alloy. This tungsten strengthened cobalt-chromium alloy is the cast version of the wrought cobalt-base alloy L605. Deloro Stellite 25 is resistant to wear, galling, and corrosion and retains this resistance at high temperatures. Its exceptional wear resistance is due mainly to the unique inherent characteristics of the hard carbide phase dispersed in a CoCr alloy matrix. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as machining. Filing Code: Co-142. Producer or source: Deloro Wear Solutions GmbH.

RA85H is a fully austenitic heat-resistant alloy modified with silicon for resistance to carburization. An addition of aluminum confers good oxidation resistance and improves resistance to sulfidation. The fine grain size of this alloy in the solution annealed condition provides unusual resistance to thermal fatigue in applications where it is subjected to quenching. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on forming, heat treating, machining, and joining.
