Austral Wright Titanium Grade 7 (UNS R52400) is a corrosion resistant alpha titanium alloy with mechanical properties similar to those of the commercially pure grades. The presence of 0.12–0.25 % palladium in this alloy improves its corrosion resistance, particularly in mineral acids and strong brines. It is used in applications where the medium is mildly reducing or fluctuates between oxidizing and reducing. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Ti-86. Producer or source: Austral Wright Metals.

HUNTINGTON alloy 904L is an austenitic nickel-chromium-iron alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper. Its high nickel and chromium contents make it resistant to corrosion in a wide range of both oxidizing and reducing environments. The molybdenum and copper additions further improve its resistance to corrosion. Its mechanical properties are similar to those of other austenitic stainless steels. Applications of alloy 904I, include equipment for manufacture and use of sulfuric and phosphoric acids, for fertilizer production and for pulp and paper bleaching. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-433.
