ANACONDA Copper 122 is deoxidized copper with high residual phosphorus. It is a medium-strength material with high ductility and excellent hot and cold workability. It is the copper-base material used most widely in the production of tube and pipe for a wide variety of uses including the air-conditioning, refrigeration, heating and plumbing industries. Anaconda Copper 122 also is used as wrought plating anodes in the acid-copper plating industry. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fatigue. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Cu-400. Aurubis C12200 (Cu-DHP) is a phosphorus-deoxidized copper, that contains a minimum of 99.9% copper and high residual phosphorus (0.015–0.040%). It is the most widely used copper for tube and pipe but also finds widespread use for sheet and strip items. Aurubis C12200 exhibits better ductility than Cu-ETP and is adaptable for progressive drawing operations requiring few or no intermediate anneals. A major advantage of Aurubis C12200 is the freedom from hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility in reducing atmospheres. This advantage is utilized in the cladding of steel and subsequent reducing atmosphere anneals without incurring the embrittlement, which occurs when cladding with Cu-ETP. The electrical and thermal conductivity are lower when compared with Cu-ETP but adequate for many applications as exemplified by a major use of strip to produce air conditioning and refrigeration tubing by gas shielding arc welding techniques. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming and joining. Filing Code: Cu-934. Producer or source: Aurubis AG.

AL TECH CHEROKEE is a high-carbon, high-chromium die steel containing nominally 3.25% cobalt. The cobalt provides effective resistance to galling and pickup as well as improved hot hardness. The cobalt enables this steel to perform exceptionally well on both extended cold-work and moderate hot-work applications. Another feature of this versatile die steel is its outstanding secondary hardness associated with remarkable tempering resistance up to 900 F. Typical applications comprise blanking dies, swaging dies, hot and cold-piercing punches, forming rolls, shear blades and coining dies. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and elasticity as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on forming, heat treating, and machining.
