XABO 355 (minimum yield strength of 355 MPa, or 51 ksi, for thicknesses up to 35 mm, or 1.4 in.) is a thermomechanically rolled structural steel. This datasheet applies to thermomechanically rolled flat plate products in thicknesses up to 60 mm (2.4 in.). This steel grade is distinguished by testing by notch-bar impact test to –20 deg C (-4 deg F) minimum. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on forming and joining. Filing Code: SA-777. Producer or source: ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG.
