ATI CP Grade 11 Titanium is an unalloyed titanium grade that contains 0.12-0.25% Pd. This palladium-containing alloy extends the range of application of commercially pure (CP) titanium in HCl, H3PO4, and H2SO4 solutions. ATI CP Grade 11 Titanium is used in applications requiring excellent corrosion resistance in chemical processing or storage applications where the media is mildly reducing or fluctuates between oxidizing and reducing. It can be used in continuous service up to 425 °C (795 °F) and in intermittent service up to 540 °C (1000 °F). This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, and joining. Filing Code: Ti-179. Producer or source: ATI.

ATI corrosion-resistant commercially pure (CP) titanium represents a family of unalloyed (Grades 1, 2, 3 and 4) and palladium alloyed (Grades 7, 11, 16 and 17) CP titanium that is produced as plate, sheet and strip. It is the material of choice for many corrosive chemical environments, including oxidizing chloride solutions (such as seawater) and chlorine-based bleaches. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and elasticity. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming and joining. Filing Code: Ti-162. Producer or source: ATI.
