The 3Cr-1Mo-1/4V-Ti-B alloy was developed ato meet requirements for coal liquefaction reactor materials. The alloy is hydrogen resistant at high temperatures and pressures with excellent properties in thick section sizes and at high temperatures. This datasheet provides information on composition, hardness, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness and creep. It also includes information on heat treating and joining.
