Lucefin C20 is a low-carbon, non-alloy steel that is used in the normalized, cold finished, or quenched and tempered condition. It may also be used in the carburized or carbonitrided, and subsequently quench hardened and tempered, condition for parts requiring a hard wear-resistant surface, but with little need for increased mechanical properties in the core. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: CS-209. Producer or source: Lucefin S.p.A..

CEN C22E and C22R are low-carbon, non-alloy steels that are used in the normalized, cold worked, or quenched and tempered condition. They are typically used for small moderately stressed parts, where higher strength levels are needed than can be achieved in the lower carbon grades, and also where toughness is more important than high tensile strength. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: CS-210. Producer or source: European Committee for Standardization.

UNS G10210 is a carbon steel of relatively high manganese content which increases hardenability and hardness over that of carbon steels of lower manganese. It combines good machinability, good workability (hot or cold) and good weldability. It is used in the annealed, hot-worked, normalized, cold-worked or water-quenched-and-tempered condition for many applications. It may be used in uncarburized applications and for components case-hardened by carburizing. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: CS-122. Producer or source: Carbon steel mills.

1020, C22, C22E, and C22R are wrought low-carbon non-alloy steels that are used in the normalized, cold worked, or quenched and tempered condition. These steels are widely used for lightly and moderately stressed parts that require higher strength levels than can be achieved by the lower carbon grades, and also for applications where a combination of low-to-moderate strength, good toughness, good cold formability, and good weldability are required. They may also be used in the carburized or carbonitrided, and subsequently quench hardened and tempered condition for parts requiring a hard, wear-resistant surface, but where the core strength is not critical. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: CS-222. Producer or source: Data Survey.
