Hidurax 1 is a complex nickel-aluminum bronze possessing good mechanical strength and hardness. Advantages and benefits to be obtained with this alloy include ductility, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, superior bearing properties, and fatigue strength. The excellent properties of Hidurax 1 are maintained at elevated temperatures, and the alloy possesses very good resistance to oxidation. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength as well as fatigue. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, machining, and joining. Filing Code: CU-740. Producer or source: Langley Alloys.
