for article titled, COPPER ALLOY No. C35600: Extra High Leaded Brass
Copper Alloy No. C35600 is a brass containing an extra-high level of lead. It is suitable for high-speed screw-machine work. It has moderate strength and ductility which are dependent on how much it has been hardened by cold working. Typical uses include clock plates and nuts, clock and watch backs, clock gears and channel plate for industrial use. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-522. Producer or source: Brass mills.
