Abstract
ALUMINUM 357.0 is a high-purity aluminum casting alloy that can be solution treated and aged to develop high tensile and yield strengths along with fairly good ductility. Among its uses are aircraft, missile and aerospace components and cylinder blocks for water-cooled engines. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties.
