Ti-8Mo-8V-2Fe-3A1 is a metastable beta titanium alloy that can be age hardened to high-strength levels. Aging in the range of 800-1200 F partially transforms beta to alpha to produce the high strength. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on low and high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Ti-68. Producer or source: Titanium Metals Corporation of America.
