UCI-193 is an HP + Nb grade material for use in the petrochemical arena. The HP + Nb grade resists carburization, oxidation, and creep up to 1093 C (2000 F). This improvement over the HP grade, UCI-190 (Alloy Digest SS-689, July 1997), is due to the addition of niobium.
