Pyromet 31V is a sulfidation resistant, precipitation hardenable superalloy with unusual combination of corrosion resistance and strength to 816 C (1500 F). It has excellent resistance to hot sulfidation attack and has been used in truck and locomotive diesel valve service. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep and fatigue.
