INCONEL Alloy MA 6000 is a nickel-base alloy produced by mechanical alloying. It is strengthened by both oxide dispersion strengthening and precipitation hardening for high creep and rupture properties at 2000 F (1095 C) as well as at 1400 F (760 C). The alloy's composition also gives it excellent resistance to oxidation and sulfidation. Alloy MA 6000 was developed as a blade material for advanced gas turbines. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep and fatigue. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Ni-288. Producer or source: Huntington Alloy Products Division, An INCO Company.
