MUELLER Alloy 3530 (formerly MBCo. Alloy 254) is a high-leaded brass noted for its excellent thread-rolling and knurling properties; it has a machinability rating approaching that of free-cutting brass. Typical applications include adapters, gears and valve stems. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties.
