Kaiser Aluminum Alloy 2111 is a lead-free alternative to Alloy 2100. Alloy 2111 offers excellent machinabiliy and surface finish while providing small chip size. Physical and mechanical characteristics are equivalent to 2011. In most applications the 2111 alloy can be substituted for 2011 (Alloy Digest Al-352, September 1998).
