INCONEL Welding Electrode 112 is a nickel-base alloy that is used for welding INCONEL alloys 625 and 601 and INCOLOY alloy 800H. It is also used for surfacing steel and various corrosion-resistant alloys such as HUNTINGTON alloys G and 9041. It is useful for joining dissimilar metals involving INCONEL alloys, INCOLOY alloys, stainless steels, low-alloy and carbon steels. The weld metal has high strength at room and elevated temperatures and excellent corrosion resistance including resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
