Crucible CSM 420XL is a premium quality, double melted for microstructural uniformity, stainless steel used in the molding of all plastics, particularly those of vinyl-base and corrosive. It is an improvement over CSM 420 (see Alloy Digest SS-314, July 1975). This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and elasticity.
