Crucible A-286 is an age-hardenable austenitic Fe-Ni-Cr alloy designed for service up to 704 deg C (1300 deg F) on jobs requiring high strength and good corrosion resistance at the operating temperature. The alloy offers high ductility in notched sections. Crucible A-286 is used in jet engines and superchargers for various high-temperature components and is one of the few age-hardenable alloys used for bolting in the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-851. Producer or source: Crucible Specialty Metals.

for article titled, AMPCOLOY 91 Alloy: Precipitation Hardenable Copper Alloy
AMPCOLOY 91 Alloy is a cobalt-bearing copper alloy with a small addition of beryllium to make it age hardenable. It has an excellent combination of strength, toughness and electrical conductivity. It is recommended for resistance welding tips and wheels; flash, butt and projection welding dies; springs; slip and collector rings; and electrical components. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as casting, forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Cu-286. Producer or source: Ampco Metal Inc..

for article titled, METGLAS MBF-75/75A: Metallic Glass Brazing Alloy
METGLAS MBF-75A is a brazing foil in ductile, flexible metallic-glass form (a similar grade, MBF-75, is identical except that it has larger dimensional tolerances). It has excellent high-temperature strength and flows readily into narrow joints. Its high solidus temperature facilitates heat treatment of some superalloys without remelting the joint. It is recommended for joining high-temperature alloys and stainless steels. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, microstructure, and hardness. It also includes information on joining. Filing Code: Ni-286. Producer or source: Allied Corporation.
