COLMONOY No. 69SC is a nickel-base hard surfacing alloy incorporating the qualities of Colmonoy No. 69 (Alloy Digest Ni-206, July 1974) with other enhancements. Its extended plastic range means that sagging and running of other-than-horizontal surfaces during finishing is virtually eliminated. It is supplied as an atomized powder for application with Wall Colmonoy’s SPRAYWELD Process and finished by grinding. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, microstructure, and hardness. It also includes information on heat treating, machining, and powder metal forms. Filing Code: Ni-489. Producer or source: Wall Colmonoy Corporation.
