CARPENTER PH 13-8 Mo is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel. It has high strength and hardness combined with good ductility and toughness in large sections. Compared to other ferrous alloys this material offers a high level of useful mechanical properties under severe environmental conditions. It is highly resistant to general corrosion and to stress-corrosion cracking. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: SS-477. Producer or source: Carpenter.

Carpenter Custom 465 stainless steel is an age-hardenable martensitic alloy with less sensitivity to process parameters than other similar alloys. It develops high strength along with fracture toughness and resistance to stress-corrosion cracking. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fatigue. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming and heat treating. Filing Code: SS-716. Producer or source: Carpenter.

Carpenter 20Mo-6 HS is an alloy in the generic family of 6% molybdenum alloys, which are very corrosion resistant. This steel also possesses an excellent resistance to environmental cracking. (See also Carpenter 20Mo-6, Alloy Digest SS-444, May 1984.) This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and bend strength. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Ni-556. Producer or source: Carpenter.
