BERYLCO Alloy 41C is a highly castable, air-melting nickel-base alloy; it is precipitation-hardenable to high strength and hardness. It exhibits excellent resistance to wear, corrosion and oxidation. Alloy 41C (formerly called Berylco CR-1, Alloy Digest Ni-27, September 1956) is the standard beryllium-nickel casting alloy that has been in use for over 40 years. Its many uses include tooling for plastics, glass-mold tooling, fuel-pump impellers, cores for Teflon molding and deep sour-well drilling components. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on high temperature performance, corrosion and wear resistance as well as heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Ni-251. Producer or source: Kawecki Berylco Industries Inc..

Berylco 25S alloy is the high-performance beryllium-copper spring material of 2 percent nominal beryllium content. It responds to precipitation-hardening for maximum mechanical properties. It has high elastic and endurance strength, good electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent resistance to wear and corrosion, high corrosion-fatigue strength, good resistance to moderately elevated temperatures, and no embrittlement or loss of normal ductility at subzero temperatures. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-3. Producer or source: Beryllium Corporation.
