ATI CP Grade 7 Titanium is an unalloyed titanium grade that contains 0.12–0.25% Pd. This palladium-containing alloy extends the range of application of commercially pure (CP) titanium in HCl, H3PO4, and H2SO4 solutions. ATI CP Grade 7 Titanium is used in applications requiring excellent corrosion resistance in chemical processing or storage applications where the media is mildly reducing or fluctuates between oxidizing and reducing. It can be used in continuous service up to 425 °C (795 °F) and in intermittent service up to 540 °C (1000 °F). This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, tensile properties and bend strength. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, and joining. Filing Code: Ti-175. Producer or source: ATI.
