Nitronic 19D is an alloy with a mixed ferrite and austenite microstructure. The alloy provides a good compromise of strength, formability, and economy with slightly less corrosion resistance than the reference duplex alloy 2205 (see Alloy Digest SS-462, August 1985). This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, tensile properties, and bend strength as well as deformation and fatigue.
