ALLVAC 500 ZB is an austenitic precipitation hardening alloy which develops outstanding tensile, fatigue and stress-rupture properties. It is suited to longtime service requirements up to 1800 F (982 C). It is produced by vacuum induction melting plus vacuum arc remelting. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Ni-380. Producer or source: Allvac Inc..

ALLVAC 520 is a precipitation hardening nickel-base superalloy with good corrosion resistance and structural stability to about 1700 F (927 C). It has improved forgeability compared to ALLVAC 500 ZB (Alloy Digest Ni-380, March 1990). ALLVAC 520 is produced by vacuum induction melting followed by vacuum are remelting. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Ni-384. Producer or source: Allvac Inc..
