ALCOA 7029 ALLOY sheet and extrusions are used for manufacture of bright anodized bumper face bars. ALLOY 7129, having similar mechanical properties, should be specified when a chrome-plated, painted or clear-coated finish is required. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength as well as fatigue.
