Copper No. C14300 is a cadmium copper deoxidized with small amounts of lithium or other suitable elements as agreed upon. It has an excellent capacity for hot forming or cold working. Its joinability characteristics are excellent for soldering, brazing and gas-shielded arc welding. Among its applications are cooling fins for automotive and heavy-duty radiators, anneal-resistant electrical uses and air conditioners. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-511. Producer or source: Copper and copper alloy mills.

MUELLER Copper 1220 is a deoxidized copper with high residual phosphorus (nominally 0.02%). It has rather low electrical conductivity but it is not susceptible to embrittlement by hydrogen. Its low electrical conductivity is mainly caused by the phosphorus. It has excellent cold-working characteristics and can be joined by several methods. Among its many applications are air conditioners, gas lines, heater lines, oil-burner and plumbing tubes, dairy tubes and oil lines. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-495. Producer or source: Mueller Brass Company.
