ATI 301 (UNS S30100) is an austenitic stainless steel with a nominal composition of 17 percent chromium and 7 percent nickel. The high strength of this grade of steel in the six available conditions or tempers, its resistance to atmosphere corrosion, and its bright, attractive surface make it an excellent choice for decorative structural applications. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive strength as well as creep and fatigue. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming and heat treating. Filing Code: SS-1359. Producer or source: ATI.

Aubert & Duval AD730 (NiCr16Co9Mo3W3Ti3Al2 alloy) is a cast and wrought nickel-based superalloy that withstands high temperatures (up to 750 °C, or 1380 °F) while preserving strength, creep, and fatigue resistance at a competitive cost. The breakthroughmainly comes from its unique properties-versus-cost balance, due to its recycling and forging ability. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Ni-782. Producer or source: Aubert & Duval S.A.

ATI 8-1-1 (UNS R54810) is a near-alpha alloy with aluminum being the alpha stabilizer, and the additions of molybdenum, vanadium, and iron resulting in small amounts of beta. This alloy is used in the annealed condition, and special duplex annealing procedures have been developed for thick sections such as bars and forgings. It is intended primarily for use at elevated temperatures. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Ti-190. Producer or source: ATI.

ATI 6-6-2 (UNS R56620) is a highly beta-stabilized, two-phase, alpha-beta titanium alloy which is a modification of the Ti-6Al- 4V system. Because of the higher beta stabilizing elements (additional vanadium plus iron and copper), this alloy has a higher strength potential than ATI Ti-6Al-4V alloy, but at a sacrifice of weldability and toughness. In most cases, the welding of ATI 6-6-2 is not recommended. It can be used in the annealed or solution treated and aged conditions. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Ti-189. Producer or source: ATI.

Cleveland-Cliffs Thermak 17 is a ferritic stainless steel that is stabilized with both titanium and niobium. When given a high-temperature, final solution anneal, the alloy exhibits dramatic creep resistance. The dual stabilization prevents carbide sensitization exposure and makes the alloy thermally non-hardenable. Cleveland-Cliffs Thermak 17 is designed for demanding, hot-end automotive exhaust applications where intermediate or high chromium grades may not be sufficient or where down gauging for lightweighting is desired. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming and joining. Filing Code: SS-1345. Producer or source: Cleveland-Cliffs Inc.

Ed Fagan Molybdenum Lanthanum Oxide, often referred to as lanthanated molybdenum, MoLa or ML, is an oxide dispersion strengthened alloy. It is produced by combining small amounts of lanthanum oxide (La2O3) particles with molybdenum. This creates a special stacked fiber microstructure that is stable at temperatures up to 2000 °C (3630 °F). After recrystallization, the elongated grain structure with jagged grain boundaries provides a measurable increase in ductility and creep resistant strength over that seen with pure molybdenum. Ed Fagan Molybdenum Lanthanum Oxide is the preferred material when embrittlement after recrystallization must be avoided. This alloy maintains its dimensional shape stability at high-temperatures. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on wear resistance as well as heat treating and machining. Filing Code: Mo-21. Producer or source: Ed Fagan Inc.
