Atlas 301 is a high work-hardening rate austenitic stainless steel. It can be supplied with a tensile strength of up to and over 1300 MPa (189 ksi) in strip and wire forms, to produce tempers in the range of 1/16 Hard to Full Hard. The controlled analysis of Atlas 301 enables it to retain sufficient ductility in conditions up to 1/2 Hard and allows it to be roll or brake formed into aircraft, architectural, and particularly rail car structural components. However, 3/4 Hard to Full Hard tempers should be used whenever high wear resistance and spring features are required in components of simple form designs. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, and joining. Filing Code: SS-1349. Producer or source: Atlas Steel.

1016, C16E, and C16R are wrought low-carbon non-alloy steels that are used in the as rolled, normalized, or cold worked condition. These steels are widely used for lightly and moderately stressed parts that require higher strength levels than can be achieved by the lower carbon grades, and also for applications where a combination of low strength, excellent cold formability, and excellent weldability are required. They may also be used in the carburized or carbonitrided, and subsequently quench hardened and tempered condition for parts requiring a hard, wear-resistant surface, but with little need for increased mechanical properties in the core. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: CS-226. Producer or source: Data Survey.

ATI 219, also known by the more familiar 21-6-9 or XM-11 designations, is a nitrogen-bearing austenitic stainless steel that has substantially higher strength than the standard austenitic stainless steels. The alloy remains non-magnetic even after substantial cold forming and exposure to subzero temperatures. Many of the applications for ATI 219 make use of its combination of high strength and nonmagnetic properties, even at very low temperatures. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and elasticity. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-1348. Producer or source: ATI.

Austral Wright Titanium Grade 7 (UNS R52400) is a corrosion resistant alpha titanium alloy with mechanical properties similar to those of the commercially pure grades. The presence of 0.12–0.25 % palladium in this alloy improves its corrosion resistance, particularly in mineral acids and strong brines. It is used in applications where the medium is mildly reducing or fluctuates between oxidizing and reducing. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Ti-186. Producer or source: Austral Wright Metals.
