Ancorsteel FLD-49HP is a nickel copper-molybdenum alloy steel powder developed for high-performance sinter-hardening applications. This alloy conforms to MPIF Material standard 35, designation FLDN4C2-4905. The nickel and copper are diffusion-alloyed to the molybdenum pre-alloyed powder during processing to maintain good compressibility while enabling high hardness and toughness in sinter-hardened parts. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on powder metal forms. Filing Code: SA-809. Producer or source: Hoeganaes Corporation.

Ancorsteel DWP200 is a water-atomized low apparent density powder for structural applications. The atomizing process imparts a more irregular spongy morphology to the powder particles, giving DWP200 a superior combination of green strength and compressibility compared to other atomized powders. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, microstructure, tensile properties. It also includes information on powder metal forms. Filing Code: CS-192. Producer or source: Hoeganaes Corporation.

Ancorsteel 50 HP is a water-atomized, prealloyed low-alloy steel powder for high-performance applications. The prealloyed 0.50 wt.% Mo addition results in high compressibility and provides good response to heat treatment. In the powder production process used to make Ancorsteel, molten steel is atomized into irregular, homogeneous particles that are then annealed to produce uniform, dependable steel powders. Ancorsteel 50 HP is an ideal base powder for a wide range of nickel-copper and chromium-manganese hybrid alloy systems. This datasheet provides information on composition and physical properties. It also includes information on powder metal forms. Filing Code: CS-153. Producer or source: Hoeganaes Corporation.

Ancorsteel 1000 is the workhorse of the Ancorsteel series. It has low levels of carbon and oxygen and good compressibility. In the powder production process used to make Ancorsteel, molten steel is atomized into irregular, homogeneous particles that are then annealed to produce uniform, dependable steel powders. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and compressive strength. It also includes information on powder metal forms. Filing Code: CS-152. Producer or source: Hoeganaes Corporation.
