ILLIUM is a nickel-base alloy containing high percentages of chromium, molybdenum, copper and iron. It has unusual corrosion resistance, high strength, machinability, and ability to resist erosion. It is an excellent alloy where extreme heat and corrosion are encountered. Illium is marketed in two grades, namely, Illium G and Illium R. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Ni-1. Producer or source: The Illium Corporation.
