Abstract

ALLOY 750 is a low-cost iron-chromium-aluminum electrical-resistance alloy for use in small appliances operating up to 2050 F. It possesses excellent ductility, uniformity and strength for easy fabrication. It is used in a wide range of heating elements. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-342.
