Abstract

Böhler (or Boehler) T550 is a creep resisting steel, hardened and tempered. It is used for components requiring elevated high-temperature strength for use in thermal engines and power plants, such as turbine blades, turbine disks, screws, bolts, pins, and shafts. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness and creep.
