Abstract

HAYNES Alloy No. 589 is an iron-base alloy with extremely high resistance to wear, abrasion and corrosion. It is recommended for machinery parts such as seal rings and grit abrasion resistant components. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness.
