Abstract

COPPER ALLOY No. 544 is a leaded phosphor bronze with a machinability rating of 80% of free-cutting brass. It is suitable for screw machine products and has many uses such as valve parts, shafts, bearings and gears. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength.
