Abstract

THIN-FIN is a high-strength, high-conductivity copper containing nominally O.1% cadmium. It is suitable for parts requiring forming and bending only. It possesses high resistance to softening during soldering and thus is a desirable alloy for cores of automotive radiators. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-237. Producer or source: Chase Brass & Copper Company Inc..
