Abstract

CDA COPPER 109 is a boron-deoxidized copper with excellent hot and cold working properties and excellent electrical conductivity. It responds to most common fabricating techniques and is used mostly for electrical and electronic applications, such as bus bars and conductors, cable shielding, waveguides, switchgear, heatsinks, lead frames, etc. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength as well as fatigue. It also includes information on forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-226. Producer or source: Anaconda American Brass Company.
