Abstract

Boron Deoxidized Copper 109, also known as B D cu 109, has the essential ductility and high conductivity of pure copper, but is inherently resistant to oxygen penetration and embrittlement. It is recommended for components in the electronic and electrical industries, electron tubes and vacuum units. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength as well as deformation. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Cu-199. Producer or source: Anaconda American Brass Company.
