JESSOP No. 200 is a non-magnetic, austenitic steel developed especially for the electrical industry. It has low magnetic permeability and high electrical resistance. Jessop No. 200 is ideal for a great number of applications requiring low permeability material where corrosion resistance is not a factor and where cost is important. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness.
