PEERLESS-A is a low carbon, medium tungsten hot work steel which possesses excellent red hardness. It is used in those applications where the tool operates a dull red heat. It conforms to AISI Type H21, SAE Type H21. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness.
