Abstract
CRUCIBLE A-40 is a special grade of unalloyed titanium for applications requiring maximum ductility and formability. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on low and high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Ti-20. Producer or source: Crucible Steel Company of America, Titanium Division.
