Raffmetal EN AB-Al Si9Mg (EN AB-43300) is a heat-treatable, aluminum-silicon-magnesium casting alloy in ingot form for remelting. It is used extensively for producing sand and permanent mold castings for applications requiring a combination of excellent casting characteristics, high strength with excellent ductility, and good corrosion resistance.
