Swebor 450 (hardness 450 HBW) is a high-strength steel with good wear resistant qualities. It is used in applications where demands on wear resistance are high. These include loader buckets, mining truck bodies, wearing parts of agricultural machines, wearing parts of mining machines, waste removal equipment, cement trucks, and wear plates. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, tensile properties, and bend strength as well as fracture toughness.
