Carpenter SCF 260 alloy is an austenitic nitrogen-strengthened stainless steel of very high manganese content. The alloy is used for downhole equipment and where pitting is present. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness.
