CPM 4V is a powder metallurgically produced high-vanadium cold work tool steel. It is an upgrade to 3V with higher hardness and better temper resistance for longer die life. The alloy also has better heat resistance and higher hardness. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and elasticity.
